Goods will usually be delivered within 3 to 4 working days, for big items, customers
will be advised a delivery date.

Next Day Delivery online, where available, on orders placed before 5 pm Order Monday to Friday before 5pm, the goods will arrive next day. Order anytime on Saturday or up to 2pm on Sunday the goods will arrive on Monday. Cost will be confirmed before confirming your order. This does not apply to first time orders. Grattan business model is to acquire and retain new customers that want to shop online but want to be able to spread their costs over a number of months. Once the new customer has been accepted he/she is free to shop. The turn around from registration to credit acceptance or decline takes 24 hrs. Grattan offer free returns and have many marketing incentives to keep our customers coming back. What is Grattan returns policy?Grattan will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. After this Grattan will accept returns on faulty goods free of charge; all other returns will be subject to an administration fee. Certain goods are not supplied on our usual approval terms. These items are clearly identified in the catalogue and on
the site by this logo Grattan reserve the right not to refund items returned to us outside the terms of Grattan Approval Guarantee and Returns Policy, and in cases where your statutory rights do not apply. Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to Grattan again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for Grattan to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that Grattan have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. |
For most items you have the
legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day on which you received your goods. However, this
right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, perishable goods, and audio or video recordings or
computer software which have been opened. Your statutory rights are not affected.
